Angelo Paintball was running a weekend field on paper: bookings by phone, waivers on clipboards, and a cash box at the counter. The build replaced all of it with one system, a public site that sells the place and a staff side that actually runs it.
What Was Built
Booking & deposits
Party packages and walk on sessions bookable online, with deposits taken through PayPal and credited against the balance.
Digital waivers
Signed online before arrival and searchable by staff at the counter, replacing a clipboard and a filing box.
Point of sale
Counter sales with correct sales tax handling. Deposits untaxed, everything at the till taxed, so the numbers reconcile.
Operations dashboard
Bookings, tickets, messages and waivers in one staff view, with a reporting layer that surfaces takings and card processing fees.
Automated email
Booking confirmations, birthday reminders, and a weekly walk on digest that goes out on its own every Wednesday.
