SABA has trained performers aged 3 to 18 since 2006 and now runs dance, theatre and music across a full season. The site presents all of it in one place. Behind it sits a studio management system built to replace their subscription software, so the academy owns its own rosters, attendance history and payment records rather than renting access to them.

Family portal
Parents enrol, pay, and check attendance in one place, with a self serve route to update a card rather than a phone call to the office.
Custom invoice engine
Not Stripe Subscriptions: tuition varies by class count, with multi class and sibling discounts, a nine month calendar, one off costume and competition charges, late fees and medical holds.
Dunning that is actually handled
A staged retry ladder over two weeks. Email, then SMS, then a late fee, then a flag for the office to phone, so families are neither quietly unpaid nor wrongly chased.
Theatre manager
Who auditioned, who is in the cast, and who has paid, all held against the season rather than tracked on a spreadsheet.
Admin for the office
Classes, people, billing, messages and site content editable by staff, with scholarship and childcare funding rules encoded rather than remembered.
